2024 Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Erected in 1934 to a design by architects K. V. Babiyevskiy and A. Petelin in an Eastern medieval style, complete with a blue-tiled entrance, this Tashkent building once housed a history museum and art exhibition offices. Since 1997 it has operated as the Tashkent House of Photography.
