Torun baszta Koci Leb2
1880 Toruń, Poland
Known locally as Koci Łeb, or 'Cat's Head,' this tower formed part of the medieval fortifications that once encircled the old town of Toruń, Poland. The image was captured in 1880, when the ramparts still ringed the historic Hanseatic city on the Vistula River.
