The Riyadha Mosque in Lamu, Kenya, photographed in 2022. Founded around 1900 by Habib Swaleh, the mosque became a center of Islamic learning on the Swahili coast and hosts Lamu's annual Maulidi festival celebrating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.
