A vaulted stone tunnel opens onto a quiet Dubrovnik side street lined with cafe tables and hanging lanterns, its ribbed ceiling and rough-hewn walls typical of passages built into the Old Town's dense fortified fabric. A street sign reading Ulica Gariste marks the alley, photographed in 2015.
