Temple of Literature, Hanoi by Xiquinho Silva 01
2016 Hanoi, Vietnam
The Temple of Literature in Hanoi, photographed in 2016, was founded in 1070 as a Confucian temple and later housed Vietnam's first national university, the Imperial Academy. Its courtyards and stone stelae remain one of the city's best-preserved examples of traditional Vietnamese architecture.
