Chùa Bà Thiên Hậu, built by the Cantonese community in the Chợ Lớn district of Ho Chi Minh City in the 18th century, is dedicated to the sea goddess Thiên Hậu (Mazu) and remains one of the area's most active Chinese temples. This 2017 photograph shows the temple.
