Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park

The Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Accra, built on the former polo grounds where Nkrumah announced Ghana's independence in March 1957. The park now houses his mausoleum and a museum dedicated to his life and the independence movement.
