This building in Arequipa, Peru, photographed in 2011, houses a branch of Banco de Credito del Peru and was originally built for the Banco Italiano. Like much of the city's historic center, it stands in an area built largely from the white volcanic sillar stone that gives Arequipa its nickname, 'La Ciudad Blanca.'
